User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page gives you clear, explicit instructions for requesting deletion of your data from Tovaitech's services, including data collected through our WhatsApp booking service.
Option 1 — Request deletion by email
- Send an email to contact@tovaitech.in.
- Use the subject line: "Data deletion request".
- In the message, include the phone number you used to book (so we can locate your records) and, if you wish, the clinic name and approximate appointment dates.
- We will verify the request and delete your personal data, then email you a confirmation.
Option 2 — Request deletion on WhatsApp
- Open the WhatsApp chat with the booking number your clinic shared with you.
- Send the message: DELETE
- Follow the prompt to confirm your request.
- We will delete your personal data and reply with a confirmation.
How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax or audit). Once a request is completed, your personal data is removed from our active systems.
