Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect: your name and phone number; your WhatsApp profile name and messages you send to our booking number; appointment details such as the clinic, doctor, date, time and token you request; voice recordings or transcripts when you book by voice; and basic technical data such as device type and timestamps needed to deliver the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your appointments, send you booking confirmations and queue updates, operate and improve our services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
WhatsApp and Meta platforms
Our booking service uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed in accordance with this policy and with WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and privacy policies. We only use the WhatsApp Business APIs to provide the booking and queue service you requested.
Sharing your information
We share appointment details with the specific clinic you are booking with so they can serve you. We may share information with service providers who help us run our infrastructure (such as hosting and messaging providers like Meta), strictly to deliver the service, and with authorities where required by law. We require these providers to protect your data.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion instructions.
Your rights

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children
Our services are intended for adults booking on their own or their dependants' behalf. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without a responsible adult.
